Boot Camp
Cross fitness training involving outdoor running, boxing bag drills, strength and endurance weight training. An advance level classes a progression from circuit training.

A class for those who wish to progress from boxing and kickboxing fitness classes. Working sparring drills and advance boxing techniques. Gum Shields a must.
Running Club
A run focusing on park training /plyometrics, sprints, and leg work. Great for the more advanced runner who tends to avoid these specific training techniques.

A 45min run suitable for beginners who have never run before we run at your pace and teach you the basics.
Run Club Circuit
A short run followed by core and strength training suitable for all and first time runner's. Great to balance your training and challenge other areas.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Is the method taught by Sri.K.Pattabhi Jois in the city of Mysore, India.The yoga system follows a therapeutic and progressive sequence of asana Each Student is given individual attention and is taught progressively to his or her needs. Each student is encouraged to memorize the sequence and develop a personal practice.
Hatha Yoga
